VisiScanner provides an AI-powered business card scanning and contact management service that allows users to: • Scan and digitize business cards using optical character recognition (OCR) • Store and organize contact information • Export contacts to various formats (VCF, CSV, Excel, JSON) • Sync contacts across devices • Integrate with third-party CRM systems (Premium users) We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

VisiScanner offers the following plans: Free Plan: • 10 card scans per year • Basic OCR extraction • VCF export format • Cloud storage for contacts Premium Plan ($20/year): • 1,000 card scans per year • Advanced AI OCR extraction • All export formats (VCF, CSV, Excel, JSON) • CRM integrations • Priority support Scan limits reset annually from the date of account creation or subscription renewal.

For Premium subscriptions: • Payment is due at the start of each billing period • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • No refunds for partial subscription periods • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscribers You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

You agree not to use VisiScanner to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security • Collect data for spam or unauthorized marketing • Share your account credentials with others • Circumvent usage limits or restrictions • Reverse engineer or decompile our software • Use automated systems to access the service without permission

You retain ownership of the business card images and contact data you upload. By using our service, you grant VisiScanner a limited license to: • Process and store your content to provide the service • Create anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement • Back up your data for service reliability You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any business card data.

VisiScanner and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VisiScanner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Your use of VisiScanner is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

VisiScanner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose • Accuracy of OCR results • Uninterrupted or error-free service • Security of stored data While we strive for 99% OCR accuracy, we cannot guarantee perfect results for all business card formats, languages, or conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisiScanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: • Loss of profits or data • Business interruption • Personal injury or property damage Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisiScanner, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the service • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you upload or process through our service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including: • Breach of these Terms and Conditions • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Non-payment of subscription fees • Extended period of inactivity Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by: • Posting the updated terms on our website • Sending an email to registered users • Displaying a notice in the application Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
